Outside food and catering are welcome. If you plan to serve alcohol, describe your plans in the inquiry so we can confirm any requirements.
Sound and performances
Wildfruit does not provide sound equipment. Renters may request permission to bring their own speakers, microphones, or other equipment. Tell us about any amplified sound, live music, or performance plans in your inquiry.
Accessibility
Wildfruit is wheelchair accessible through the back entrance. Please share any accessibility needs in your inquiry so we can make sure the entrance is ready and provide arrival instructions.
Rental Rates
Events and gatherings
$75 per hour · Three-hour minimum
For workshops, meetings, celebrations, readings, performances, photo shoots, and community programs.
Your reservation must include all time needed for setup, the event, and cleanup. Event rentals include access to the gallery, kitchenette, bathroom, backyard, and covered pergola.
Sliding-scale rates may be available for artists, grassroots groups, and mission-aligned community programs.
Pop-ups and temporary exhibitions
Starting at $500 per day
For artists, curators, makers, and small businesses presenting a temporary exhibition, market, or retail pop-up.
Pop-up rentals may include access to available gallery walls. Final pricing depends on the date, duration, installation needs, public hours, and proposed use of the space. All installation and deinstallation must take place within the reserved rental period unless arranged in advance.
Rates do not include optional staffing, additional equipment, insurance, permits, or special cleaning unless included in your rental agreement.
Wildfruit is an active gallery.
Depending on your requested date, an exhibition may already be installed in the space.
Events can often take place alongside the current exhibition, offering your guests a distinctive setting surrounded by contemporary art. Installed artwork may not be moved, handled, covered, or altered.
If you need an empty gallery or access to the walls for a pop-up, let us know in your inquiry. Availability will depend on Wildfruit’s exhibition schedule.
